Your first visit

  1. Request an appointment online or call (812) 523-4545. Our scheduling coordinator will confirm a time with you.
  2. Fill out your questionnaires online before you come in.
  3. Comprehensive exam. Your first visit includes a comprehensive dental exam with Dr. Mansfield or Dr. Thurman, including a check of your teeth and gums, an oral cancer screening and a review of your medical history. A full-mouth series of x-rays is recommended for new patients.
  4. Your plan. We’ll work together to customize a treatment plan for your dental health.

Paying for care

  • Dental insurance: call us with questions about your plan.
  • No insurance? The Healthy Smile Club covers preventive care for a flat rate.
  • Financing: CareCredit offers monthly payment options.
